Summary

Article 45 TFEU and Article 7 of Regulation 492/2011 preclude national rules which does not take foreign professional experience by workers in the public health sector when determining their seniority, unless these rules pursue an aim of general interest, ensures the achievement of that aim and does not go beyond what is necessary to achieve that aim.
