K. Swanljung

Kaj Swanljung is a Helsinki-based Senior Counsel, specialized in large-scale real estate, private M&A and private equity transactions. He is also specialized in employment and labor law. Kaj has extensive experience in cross-border M&A as well as advising clients on HR and senior management advisory matters. He joined Roschier in 1985, and has since held various positions within the firm, including Partner and Head of the firm’s Real Estate practice. Kaj regularly writes articles to various professional magazines and lectures on topics such as: acquisitions, due diligence, environmental law, property/real estate law and lease agreements.
