Marcin Wujczyk is a partner of Baran Książek Bigaj Wujczyk in Cracow, Poland. Marcin Wujczyk's fields of expertise are employment and labour law, especially with regard to employee rights to information and consultation, employee's privacy and discrimination. He is an Assistant Professor at the Labour Law and Social Policy Department of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University and a Member of the European Committee of Social Rights – Council of Europe .
