P. Smolnikar

Petra Smolnikar is the founder of the lawfirm Petra Smolnikar Law in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Her boutique lawfirm is particularly specialised in labour and employment law, as well as privacy and data protection, handling also corporate, civil and regulatory matters. Petra has a special interest in cross-border transactions, transfers of undertakings and contentious and non-contentious employment law cases. She is the member of the Slovenian BAR Association (OZS), a member of the newly founded Professional Center for Personal Data (Strokovni center za osebne podatke – SCOP) and author of various publications on employment law, data protection, food, environmental and energy law.
